New Job

I started my new job at Time Warner Cable Media Sales. I received a plant, a welcome aboard plant from my boss and the other managers I work with. It was so nice of them. I'm so excited I got hired after a year of temping there. The people are so nice. I am very luck to one, have a job and two, work with such nice people.

We had a get together tonight at El Torio in Buena Park. It was so nice to see everyone.

I will post pictures once Lupe emails them to me. My pictures I took on my iPhone did not come out well. Not enough lighting.

I finally got my email to fill out my new hire forms. Its kind of cool you can do it electronically now.

I was filling out my emergency contact info and put my mom down. Then it asked for a 2nd emergency contact. 1st I thought of my sister but she's never home and never answers her cell phone. Then I thought of my best friend Lynne and shes not always there to get her phone either. Then I thought of my aunt in Arizona. She always answers her phone but not tonight. humm!

Well all my forms are filled out. I just have to go to a drug test which I think I will do tomorrow to get it done and over with. Not sure what the turnaround time is, but I don't think it would be more than a day or two. Right?

I'm so excited. I can't wait to start.

Tuesday Night....Lakers Loose..

Okay, 1st lets get it over with...the Lakers lost. But they are still up 2 - 1. They want to bring it back home to win the Championship. GO LAKERS!

Day was crazy. Lots of emails dealing with tickets, Dodger tickets. I hope it calms down the rest of the week.

YEAH! I finally got an offer at Time Warner Cable Media Sales. Not sure on the start date. Will keep you updated.

April Fools

Today, my boyfriend brought me breakfast in bed, told me all the things he loved about me, got down on one knee and pulled out the little blue box I had been hoping for, for so long. He opened the box and there was a note inside that said, "April Fools!" FML

Lazy Dog Cafe - Huntington Beach

Just got home from a nice dinner with some great people, even the little ones, The Oser's. I feel so bad, Kendall went after Catie, she was pulling on his leash. I guess he did not like that. He made her trip. I feel so bad. I'm sorry Catie. Otherwise Kendall was very good. We sat out on the patio because we had Kendall. We were there for almost 3 hours. Good times with nice friends. Thanks to the Osers for dinner.

Today, my girlfriend dumped me proclaiming she wanted someone more like her "Edward". I asked her who Edward was. She held up a copy her "Twilight" book. She was talking about a fictional vampire. FML

Okay, I got this a month after my dad died. It's my favorite tattoo out of all of them. My mom hates it along with the rest of my family. : P

Home Coming

Can't wait. Mom is coming home on Saturday. I have to be honest, I did miss her, calling her on the way to work or in the middle of the day. It will be nice to have her home again.

She Skyped me today. I love Skype. I talk to my cousins in Colombia and one in Australia. It's nice to keep in touch with family. You only have one family.

I am hoping to get in touch with my dad's side of the family. I have Nikki in Hungry and Zolt in Canada. They are both on Facebook so I think there is a good chance to start talking to them via Skype.

All I have to do now if get this webcam working. I need help. Anyway, off to bed. Good night.
